Where is your datacenter located?

We have partnered with DCBlox and have our servers at their Downtown Chattanooga Location.

Why would I get better performance from your datacenter?

Unless you are paying for dedicated hosting with large cloud providers, your applications are dealing with significant contention on shared platforms. This leads to I/O Latency, Network latency, or Memory Latencies, which all add up and provide slower performance. Our hyper-converged infrastructure is designed to deliver low latency, which increases performance dramatically on most server workloads.

How do you handle licensing for Windows / SQL Server?

We have both options for BYOL or for licensing your servers for you. Our ideal is to manage the entire infrastructure for the application, so we will build and manage all virtual machines necessary and ensure they are licensed in order to deliver your application.

Can you migrate us off the cloud to your Datacenter?

Yes, absolutely! If your application is already containerized, this is super easy, but even if it's not, we will take the time to ensure that it can be moved, and then will do the work to containerize or re-platform the application as needed. All changes are handled by our engineers, so you simply just need to say the word, and we'll take care of it for you.

Where is my data backed up?

We have three layers of backup. The first is local snapshots which are stored right along side of your servers at the same location. This makes for quick and easy restorations, if data was lost or corrupted. Then, we use two S3 options: the first is in AWS and the second is provided by DCBlox themselves.

What does physical security look like at your Datacenter?

Engineers must have biometric identification, access badge, pin code, and a final security lock code to gain physical access to our servers. Security is present 24/7, and backup power is provided in the event of utility loss.
